  • By booking a photoshoot or purchasing gear from our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into legally binding agreements.
  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any booking based on unforeseen circumstances or emergencies.
  • Orders for gear are subject to stock availability and confirmation of price.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All service and product prices are listed in INR (₹) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
  • We reserve the right to revise prices at any time without prior notice.
  • Payment can be made via accepted methods, such as UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, or Cash (for in-person services). All transactions are processed securely.

4. Shoot Delivery & Gear Shipping

  • Photography service delivery timelines will be discussed and confirmed during booking.
  • For gear purchases, shipping and delivery policies are outlined in our Shipping Policy. We aim to dispatch orders within the estimated timeframe but are not responsible for delays beyond our control.

5. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled shoot.
  • Our Returns & Refunds Policy applies to both services and gear and is considered a part of these terms.
  • Return shipping costs for gear are the buyer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or damaged.

6. Privacy Policy

  • Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.
  • By using our services or making a purchase, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
