Exchange or Return of Goods
1. Returns are accepted only within 24 hours:
Customers must report any issues with their purchase within 24 hours of receiving the product.
After 24 hours, returns are no longer accepted under any circumstances.
The 24-hour period usually starts from the time the product is delivered (as recorded by the delivery service) or from the time of purchase (for in-store sales).
2. Condition of Returned Products:
The product must be in its original condition — unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging (including tags, accessories, manuals, and any freebies that came with it).
If the product shows signs of usage, damage, or is not in resellable condition, the return will likely be rejected.
3. Acceptable Reasons for Return:
Wrong product delivered
Product defective or damaged upon arrival
Missing parts or accessories
Significant mismatch from the description or specification advertised
4. Non-Eligible Returns:
Returns for reasons like "change of mind," "no longer needed," or "found cheaper elsewhere" might not be accepted unless clearly stated otherwise by the store.
Certain items, such as personal care goods, perishables, customized products, or clearance sale items, might be non-returnable.
5. Exchange Option:
Instead of a refund, the customer may be offered an exchange for the same or a different item of similar value (depending on stock availability).
If the exchange item costs more, the customer may have to pay the price difference.
If it costs less, some stores may provide a store credit or partial refund.
6. Process for Return or Exchange:
The customer must contact customer service within 24 hours, providing details such as order number, product images (especially for damaged/defective goods), and reason for return.
Upon approval, the customer is usually required to return the product either by courier (at their expense or company expense depending on policy) or in-store.
After inspecting the returned item, the store will process the exchange or refund/store credit as per the terms.
