Returns & Refunds

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Apply for a Refund or Returns within 24 hrs, once you receive the Product. Returns after 1 day are not accepted.
  • Refunds are initiated within 1 day of receiving the returned item.
  • An unboxing video or clear evidence of the issue is required to validate your return or refund request.

Delivery Charges

  • While we stand by the quality of our products, return shipping costs must be borne by the customer unless the product arrived damaged.

Damaged Product Refunds

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, we promise a quick and fair resolution.
  • Please submit an unboxing video to help us process your refund faster.

Important Note

  • Returns or refunds will not be processed if they don’t comply with our return policy guidelines.
  • The product must be in original condition with complete packaging and proof of purchase.
